Fee Guide

Here at Top Class Dental we always make sure that our prices stay as reasonable and as competitive as possible. Please note that below is just a guide to give you an idea of the costs of the most common dental services, since fees vary on a case by case basis. At the end of your check-up/examination, we normally give out treatment plans with itemized quotes and insurance item numbers for your reference. Please do not hesitate to ask any of our staff anytime if you have questions about our fees.

PREVENTATIVE DENTISTRY

• Consultation – $40 (No GAP for Heathlfund holders)
• Periapical X-ray – $40 (No GAP for Heathlfund holders)
• OPG (Panoramic) X-ray – $80
• 3D Cone Beam CT Scan – $150
• Examination, Scale and Clean, with Topical Fluoride – $150
• Examination, Scale and Clean, Topical Fluoride, w/ either 2 Periapical or an OPG X-ray – $180
• Examination, Scale and Clean, Topical Fluoride, w/ BOTH 2 Periapical and OPG X-rays – $200

RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY (Direct and Indirect Fillings)

• Direct Composite Fillings – from $150 – 275 (depending on the size)
• Ceramic Inlays and Onlays (Indirect fillings) – from $800 – 1000 (depending on the size)

TEETH WHITENING

• Take Home Whitening Kit (Philips Zoom) – $299 SPECIAL price (original value $600) (includes custom made trays and 1 syringe of whitening gel)
• In-office or In-chair Whitening (Laser or Philips Zoom) – $799 SPECIAL price (original value $1000) (includes general teeth examination, cleaning and polishing, and one full session of in-chair whitening)

ROOT CANAL TREATMENT

• For teeth with 1 root canal (ex: front teeth) – $350 per stage (requires at least 3 stages)
• For teeth with 2 root canals (ex: premolars) – $400-450 per stage (requires at least 3 stages)
• For teeth with 3 or more root canals (ex: molars) – $450-550 per stage (requires at least 3 stages)

CROWNS AND VENEERS

• Since price will vary depending on the the case, we encourage you to attend a consultation to receive a proper quote for this service.

DENTAL IMPLANTS

• Dental implant surgery + crown package – $3500 SPECIAL price (original value $4500) per tooth
• Any other special procedure required, such as Bone grafting, Sinus lifting, Ridge expansion/splitting will be priced accordingly – ranging from $500 – 3000

ORTHODONTIC TREATMENT

• Price quoted after initial consultation
